OUR APPROACH

How we research and compare

Travelpram’s source policy, limitations, regional checks and approach to affiliate recommendations.

THE QUICK ANSWER

We distinguish manufacturer specifications, editorial interpretation and unresolved questions. We do not claim hands-on testing, invent ratings or promise cabin acceptance.

Source and verification policy

Each product profile names its reference market and links to the source used. The checked date records when that source was consulted, not a promise that stock, specifications or policies cannot change.

Weights and folded measurements come from published source pages. When sources disagree, we describe the conflict; the Metro 3 profile uses the higher manufacturer FAQ weight. We do not infer a missing specification.

How shortlists work

Filters use the published numbers in our small catalogue. Category recommendations describe a practical use case, not an objective score or paid ranking. We have not compared every available product.

A dimensional fit compares three rectangular dimensions after sorting them to allow rotation. It does not simulate real storage geometry, approve flight carriage or establish a child’s suitability.

Corrections and commercial separation

Update the underlying product record and checked date when a source changes, so the finder and pages remain consistent. Links are checked during a release, but third-party pages may subsequently move.

Affiliate relationships, when added, must be disclosed near commercial links. They do not establish product quality. This edition links directly to source or manufacturer pages and has no configured commission-tracking links.
